As a manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the company’s objectives are met in terms of budgets, operations and human resources management. Assisted by your assistant managers, you are responsible for training and leading a team in an efficient and dynamic manner in order to offer top-quality products and services while building customer loyalty.

You control all kitchen activities and must ensure compliance with standards of quality, quantity, presentation, hygiene, sanitation, health and safety. You will also ensure that you maintain counter service and fast, personalized delivery.

Your position requires very tight control of the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment, the rotisserie and the fleet of delivery vehicles. Some administrative functions will also be part of your duties: purchasing, daily and monthly inventories, budget forecasts, work schedules, payroll documents, etc.

Requirements:

  • Possess a DEC in administration or courses in personnel management
  • Have three years or more of restaurant management experience
  • Have basic spoken English

In addition to preparing certain dishes, you will be in charge of the meal production line during peak hours. You will ensure that each meal is consistent with the quality of our rotisseries, while verifying the accuracy of orders. You are also responsible for distributing the orders to be delivered according to the sectors served by the rotisserie.

As the manager’s right-hand man, your position requires very tight control over the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment, the rotisserie and the fleet of delivery vehicles. Requirements:

  • Minimum one year rotisserie experience or one year management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Have basic spoken English
  • Have leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Have a sense of responsibility and be able to take initiative
  • Have good judgment and a good resistance to stress

In this position, you are responsible for receiving and placing merchandise, as well as making certain recipes (barbecue sauce, coleslaw, etc.). During peak hours, you work on the production line to prepare the dishes and complete the meals.

You are also responsible for ensuring the general cleanliness of the rotisserie and equipment by respecting the company’s standards of hygiene, sanitation, health and safety. You will receive complete training to develop your skills and gradually learn certain roaster tasks (cooking fries, cutting chicken, etc.).

In our rotisseries, the receptionist-cashier plays a key role as he is in direct contact with the customer. His welcome, his smile and his desire to give a first quality service makes all the difference. Customer satisfaction must be its priority.

The receptionist-cashier receives customers at the counter and answers phone calls with speed and courtesy. He must listen to customers to guide them in their choices and take orders correctly.

This position also has several cashier-related functions. A training session will give him or her in-depth knowledge of the menu, checkout procedures and how it works, as well as the various steps involved in balancing the cash register. They must also maintain a clean work environment at all times.

The cashier-receptionist position allows you to acquire several skills: efficiency, listening skills and the ability to offer quality customer service.

Our Rotisseries have long been known for their ultra-efficient delivery service. The company is proud to be one of the few restaurant chains to own its own fleet of delivery vehicles and to provide full uniforms to its delivery drivers.

On the road as well as at the customer’s place, the delivery person is the company’s ambassador. He must act in a professional manner and provide first-rate customer service.

It is the deliveryman’s responsibility to clean and inspect his car before each shift. Once these steps have been completed, the delivery person is ready to take turns making deliveries with his teammates. In order to collaborate with the team, he must also participate in the assembly of the lunch boxes.

The roaster occupies a key position within the company since he is in charge of the product for which the Rotisseries are known.

As a roaster, your duties consist of receiving the chicken, planning the quantities to be roasted, skewering the chicken and monitoring its cooking very closely in order to serve chicken that is roasted just right. This position requires good manual dexterity since you are in charge of cutting the chicken when it is canned. Cooking fries, bacon, ribs, breast fillets, etc. is also part of your job.

For the satisfaction of the customers, the respect of the norms of the rotisseries in terms of quality, quantity and presentation are of great importance in this position; without forgetting the hygiene and the salubrity. You must also ensure the cleanliness of the ovens and equipment you use.

There are opportunities for advancement within the company. Several qualified roasters have been promoted to Assistant Manager.
